Livet Ditt As

Livet Ditt As is the third performance by Blaue Frau based on the texts and comics by Nina Hemmingsson. Both of the previous performances, “Jag är din Flickvän nu” (2008) and “Mina vackra ögon” (2012), were widely noticed and successful and visited Stockholms Stadsteater and Dramaten among others.

A girl, a pudel, a pig, and a tree, four anxious and wind-driven characters meet in a public place, in a residential area, at a party, and in the woods. In all the places they find it hard to co-exist and misunderstand each other constantly. Livet Ditt As uses the aesthetics of Nina Hemmingsson, whose humour is both dark and laconic, this time with the inspiration from Gunnar Lundkvist, the man behind the dark comics about Klas Katt. On the stage we have Boel Marie Larsson from Sweden, Herman Nyby, a student from Theatre Academy, and Sonja Ahlfors and Joanna Wingren from Blaue Frau. The director for the performance is Anders Larsson.
